Guidelines for registration and payments
The presenting authors and all physical participants of ICULA 2022 must register for the conference using the registration form given below. Registration for the conference includes a non-refundable registration fee. Please email the duly completed registration forms to the conference co-secretaries (secretary@icula2022.ulasl.lk) along with the receipt of the payment (downloaded confirmation, a screenshot, or a photo).
It is not mandatory to register all authors if there are multiple authors for a single manuscript. However, the presenting author is required to register by paying his/her registration fee. The unregistered authors will neither allow to attend the conference physically nor receive the conference package mentioned below.
The registration fee will include the following conference package:
- Eligibility to participate in the inauguration and all technical sessions physically or online.
- Presenting authors will receive a presentation slot (10 minutes for a presentation and 05 minutes for Q&A).
- Refreshments and lunch.
- A conference kit including a conference bag and the proceedings.
- A certificate for presenting research or attendance.

If you are a presenting author (or a non-presenting author), you should register as an author.
