“Scholarly Publishing and Open Access for the Enhancement of Research Visibility”

The eleventh annual International Conference of the University Librarians Association of Sri Lanka was held in grandeur manner virtually, on 22^nd of September 2021. The conference commenced with an introductory video about University Librarians Association, and auspiciously by lighting the traditional oil lamp. MAJOR GENERAL MP PEIRIS RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc MPhil, the Vice-Chancellor of General Sir John Kotelawala Defense University graced the occasion by participating as the Chief Guest. Mrs. Barbara Lison, President of International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions, Mr. Jeevan Thiaagarajah, Chairman, Centre for Humanitarian Affairs, and Dr. (Mrs.) Pradeepa Wijetunge, Director, National Institute for Library & Information Science, University of Colombo delivered the keynote addresses.
