39^th Annual General meeting of the University Librarians' Association was held on 22^nd of October 2021 at 10.00 a.m. onwards via online platform due to the current pandemic situation of the country. Dr. C. M. Mallawaarachchi, outgoing President of ULA delivered the welcome address. The Vice President, Mr. Alagarathnam, the Assistant Secretary, Mrs. Manjula Rajapksha, Treasurer, Dr. Ananda Tissa, Editor, Dr. Manoja Samaradiwakara, Web Editor, Ven. Deiyandara Pannananda Thero, Training Officer, Mrs. Thushara Wanasinghe were the key officials participated.  Minutes of the 38th Annual General meeting and statement of accounts for year 2020/2021 were confirmed. Two best research paper awards were awarded under the junior and senior categories. Dr. C.C. Jayasundara was appointed as the pro-term chairman to table the nominations to elect executive committee for year 2021/2022. The university representatives were also selected. After the suggestions and discussion forum concluded, the outgoing General Secretary Dr. Saman Illangarathne delivered the vote of thanks.
